These terms govern your use of aiScreeningRoom, a product of CinemaCloudWorks, Inc., a California corporation.
Last updated September 9, 2026
aiScreeningRoom provides AI-powered film analysis. You upload your film and metadata and receive a test-screening-style report. The analysis is generated by automated systems - not by human test audiences or market-research panels.
You grant CinemaCloudWorks, Inc. a limited license to store, transcode, and process your film and related materials solely to produce the report you request. We do not sell or license your film. You keep ownership of the footage. You own the report we deliver to you.
You represent that you own the film and associated materials, or that you have sufficient authorization to upload them and to authorize this processing.
When you upload a film, we store it temporarily in private cloud storage while analysis runs. We create a downscaled copy and send it to Google's paid Gemini API so the model can watch the footage. Under Google's paid API terms, those submissions are not used to train Google's general models. OpenAI writes the report from that evaluation. Public film databases (OMDb, TMDB) supply comparable-title facts. Those providers do not take ownership of your film. They do not get a license to sell, distribute, or reuse it as their own work.
After analysis completes successfully, we delete your source upload and the copy sent to the viewing API. If the immediate source delete fails, we retry within the same run and then about once an hour until the file is gone, and leftover source files are removed within seven days at most. Your report shows the removal date once storage confirms it. Failed analyses may retain your upload so you can retry without re-uploading.
Optional voice chat sends your microphone audio to OpenAI for speech-to-text and uses OpenAI text-to-speech for spoken replies. We do not store the audio - only the text transcript, as with typed chat.
We do not use your film file, reports, transcripts, or predictions to train, tune, evaluate, or benchmark any model, except that prediction and outcome data may feed the accuracy ledger described on the Validation page. Published figures from that ledger are aggregate. Your title is never published without your prior written consent.
We treat your film, report, and chat transcripts as confidential customer content. Reports can be shared only through a link you create. Anyone with that link can open the report. The link does not expire. Felix chat is not on the shared page.
Do not upload content you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for keeping unreleased cuts confidential through your own access controls - we minimize copies and dwell time, but no online service can guarantee studio-grade security at the indie tier. Self-serve aiScreeningRoom is not a TPN-assessed studio walled garden.
If we become aware of confirmed unauthorized access to your film or any derivative of it, we will notify you without undue delay, and within any shorter period required by your agreement with us.
During private beta, invited screenings are complimentary. After beta, screening fees are processed by Stripe. Analysis begins after payment and upload. Contact support if analysis fails due to a platform error. We do not guarantee prediction accuracy.
Reports are predictions and craft assessments, not guarantees of box-office, streaming, or audience performance. See the Validation page for measured accuracy and limitations.
